After getting corner-of-mouth surgery, I developed side effects. The corner of the mouth closes in a D shape, and scar tissue got pulled into the inside of the mouth. Originally I had gone only for philtrum reduction, but they strongly recommended outer reduction and corner-of-mouth surgery, saying that otherwise the lips would become triangular and the proportions would not match, so I ended up doing it. But after the surgery it went badly and the scar was severe too. A few months later, Director Jo said he would open up the scar tissue at the corner of the mouth, so I had revision surgery at that hospital again, but the result was that the mouth became severely too wide horizontally and too long, and the scar tissue built up badly. It seems like the problem was with the procedure itself, and they cut the corners of the mouth too much and lifted the corners too much, to the point that I could not take off my mask, so I had revision surgery at another hospital, but it still did not return to the original state.
