I had lower and outer canthoplasty here and got no effect, only red flesh and bloodshot eyes.. I also ended up with a small scar tissue lump behind it. I have narrow slit-like eyes, so maybe there was no room to create the fold, but they did not strongly advise against it and recommended it, so I had it done together with lower blepharoplasty.. On the other hand, the lower blepharoplasty result is amazing.
