No consultation fee (if you get a CT scan, there is a CT fee).
The director is cool. He explained my condition, looked left and right, asked what I didn't like, and explained the surgery for that area, along with what could and could not improve.
The manager who consulted with me was also cool. After I asked a few things, he explained the price. I wanted the surgery, but the price was a bit high, so I hesitated. He just told me to think about it a little more. The manager didn't seem very eager to bring in customers.. even more cool than the director.
The hospital facilities were clean.
