They tell you to lower your mask once to show them, and then they ask you to put it back on. The consultation is done while wearing the mask. They did identify the characteristics of my nose, but since I kept having the consultation with the mask on, the solution for my nose did not feel very satisfying. When I asked questions, they would say, as I already explained earlier, and then ask whether I understood, which made me feel a bit off;; I could not really ask more questions But because the explanations were given with real expertise, I felt trust, and the staff were really kind. The price is a bit higher than other places, but they were professional and had a lot of experience, so they seemed trustworthy.
