I had surgery here when I was 24, and now that I am 29 I am seriously looking into revision surgery. The tip of my nose has completely dropped, and inside my nose, either the columella or cartilage is protruding on one side. The area below the bridge where the silicone connects to the nose is sunken. My nostrils are uneven.. What shocked me even more was that two years ago, when I went to an ENT clinic for rhinitis, they found that the thread from the surgery was still left inside my nose and had to remove it;
