The first place you meet at a hospital is the front desk, and they were really rude. On the other hand, the doctor was kind, answered everything even though I had a lot of questions, and seemed very confident in the surgery. But I like places that are kind no matter where I go. Even if the doctor is the one performing the surgery, I am putting it on hold because of the rude front desk.
