The side view definitely improved, but it was disappointing that there was no change from the front. Not having to put gauze in my nose after surgery is really convenient. It has a bit of a reputation among people of my mother's generation, and the overall line gives a very feminine, rounded feeling. I had it done with ear cartilage, but as time passed, the tip of my nose definitely drooped.
