I had it done 2 years ago, and I asked them to make it natural, but almost no one around me notices it. It turned out naturally and I like how it looks from the side. It is not the kind of style that looks extremely obvious, and by my standards it is a pretty nose shape, so I am satisfied. They said they would shave down the hump on the nose, but I do not know if they did not shave it or shaved too little, because it is still there T_T
