It was my first surgery and I only had double eyelid incision surgery without anything else, so the estimate came out in the upper 100s. I had a consultation with the coordinator for about 25 minutes and the director for about 25 minutes, then met the coordinator again to talk about the price and other details. Before the consultation, they took pictures of my face from several angles, but they did not seem to use them in the consultation; the director only checked them before the consultation. There was a monitor in the consultation room, but they did not show before-and-after photos, and they consulted me only by looking at my face. My eyes are horizontally long, with a slight ptosis and a bit of fat on one side, so they are uneven. I brought a photo of the thin in-line I wanted, but they made the line thick (about 8 mm) and said I would probably need ptosis correction. Because I felt pressured, I kept asking them to lower the line, and then they said that at about 6 mm, I would not need ptosis correction either. I asked several times for both sides to be lined up with a toothpick, and the director did it without showing any annoyance. There was no pressure to book or pressure to write a review, and they said that after surgery, on day 3 and day 5 there would be swelling laser treatment, on day 5 the stitches would be removed, and on day 5 and at one month the director would check my progress. They did not proactively explain things like AS, aftercare, CCTV, or discounts unless I asked separately.
