The director tells you the surgery method first, but rather than talking about things first, he answers based on what you are curious about, so I recommend going with a well-organized question list. He may seem a little cool or unenergetic, but in my opinion he still carefully examined my eyes. Also, even though mine was a revision surgery case, he seemed confident about the operation! The manager was also very kind, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit at all!
