Doctor friendliness: I think I waited about 5 to 10 minutes in the consultation room for the director? It felt long I was disappointed that they did not do the process of using a tool to mark a virtual line. It was nice that they drew the surgery method to help me understand it, and they looked at my eyes in detail too (I think they checked for excess skin). The director had such a very kind-looking face, which left an impression; Rather than saying a lot first, he would ask, 'Do you have anything else you want to know?'
Consultation expertise: The manager looked young! Maybe like someone in their late 20s just barely? Not someone who seemed super experienced and professional, but because of that they did not seem salesy, so that part was also good. After the consultation, they gave me a paper summarizing the contents, and they also sent it again by text, and I liked how kindly it was written! (like, 'Thank you for coming all this way,' and so on)
Staff friendliness: Just average.
Clinic facilities: Clean, decent.
Expectation of surgery: After consulting with the director, the consultation manager showed me review photos of a case similar to mine during the wrap-up consultation, and they were so incredibly pretty. If I had been certain it would turn out exactly like that, I might have done it right away, but I did not feel certain from the consultation, so I did not make a reservation
I really liked that they did not pressure me to reserve or make me feel burdened. During the consultation with the director, I also asked about corner revision surgery, and I liked that he honestly said there was some ambiguity, so I should first try the line and then decide.
