First of all, the director quickly picked up on the parts I was worried about. They looked a bit tired, but they explained everything I asked about well, and they said my eyes were only suitable for a double-line fold. (The previous hospital director said I didn't need a double-line fold, so I hadn't been considering it.) And I liked that they clearly said no when something couldn't be done.
