I did the consultation without being asked to take off my mask or lower it for a moment. They looked at my eyes and just said I would need ptosis correction and double eyelids, tried setting the crease a few times, asked if I had any questions, and that was it. The consultation was very short and they looked kind of tired, so it was awkward to even ask much. The consultation manager was extremely kind. Friendly without being burdensome. Out of all the hospitals I’ve visited for consultations, this manager was the best. But for surgery, the doctor is what matters.. The cost is 20 percent off on the condition that I write reviews in 3 places.
