I had 3,000 grafts implanted with an incision, but the back of my head wound split open to about the thickness of a finger. I went back and argued, and they sutured it again, but they didn't even anesthetize properly and only did local anesthesia on that scalp area, and I thought the surgery would hurt like hell. They implanted the hair horribly. It looks like a doll's head, and the implanted hair is crazy frizzy. My original hair was straight, but the thickness is completely different and everything is a mess. They sparsely implanted it and said it turned out well, but the implanted hair doesn't even dye well. Not recommended
