They have a huge amount of pride, and this person has a philosophy and belief in their own costal cartilage method. They tell only the facts, and I heard they are not a board-certified specialist. But personally, I think they are the best at the aesthetic side even if it shows a bit. I was like that too, and many people around me have experienced it and are very satisfied. It looks very much like cosmetic surgery, so I had the silicone and costal cartilage removed at another hospital, but I regret it a lot. It's one of the best among noses that look obvious but are beautiful.
