It has been about two years since the surgery. The tip of my nose used to look slightly upturned, with the nostrils visible, and my nose used to be round and bulbous, but now the nostrils are not visible and it has become a more refined nose, so in my own way I am satisfied. The cost was around 8 million won. It was done under general anesthesia, and the surgery involved using costal cartilage to create the nasal column.
