I looked into it because they said they are good with nose surgery using costal cartilage. They quoted 5 million won. The doctor said the nose tip is there, but the bridge is on the low side, and recommended a natural look. Looking at the before-and-after photos, it seemed like they would do really well. But I was also afraid that if the surgery went wrong, it would be a disaster, so I gave up on nose surgery, but the people who turned out well really seem to have turned out very well. If the reviews are not photoshopped, then they seem skilled.
