I went after making a consultation appointment, but I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. I also had another hospital appointment after that, so my schedule got messed up.
The consultation manager was kind, but professionally, they were very inexperienced.
There was no mention of aftercare or swelling laser, and so on. They only told me the price and the schedule. It didn't feel like a consultation.
It felt very different from the consultation managers at other clinics.
It's a one-doctor clinic, but there are a lot of patients and a lot of waiting. When I asked, they said there are surgeries, and in between those there are filler procedures and consultations too. They said they do up to 5 or 6 surgeries a day and have quite a few foreign patients too. It felt kind of chaotic, which I didn't like, and not keeping the appointment time this badly was also very disappointing
