The manager's consultation was more detailed and longer, and the director didn't seem confident. The manager was confident and the director wasn't, so it felt like the manager was the one actually doing the surgery. Maybe because they specialize in canthoplasty, I didn't really feel confident about revision eyelid surgery. Out of the five places I visited, this was the one I most wanted to leave the consultation the fastest.
