I had all four canthoplasty procedures done, but my eyes are naturally set far inward, so I did not expect major effects. Still, I think the canthoplasty did take effect to some extent, and I was worried about scars, but now, about seven months later, they have faded to some degree. It seems they pursue a natural look.
