This clinic was already on my list back when I was looking into revision eye surgery a long time ago. I'm worrying about canthoplasty ... and looking into it again. When I said I was worried about scar tissue and scarring, they said that can happen and they couldn't say it would never happen at all.. That's true, but ... lol Anyway, I was thinking of doing it here, but after the consultation I'm still thinking about it.... Still, I've heard so many good reviews about how skilled they are... Ah, but the employees at the reception? are really bad. That's what I felt over two or three visits (combining my consultation and my friend's consultation). Zero kindness, zero professionalism. It feels like a bunch of immature teenage girls hanging out in the neighborhood -- For one example, I stopped by briefly after going to the dermatology department upstairs to ask something, and they said, "We only work by appointment," with a slight lift of the upper lip, ^^;;; Anyway, that's the vibe. Whether there are customers or not, they just laugh and chat among themselves. The worst ever. So I'm even more torn about surgery. Still, the reason I gave two stars is that the consultation manager seemed somehow trustworthy.
