I went for a consultation for secondary canthoplasty after my previous epicanthoplasty revision. They also said to do lower eyelid repositioning, so I did that too. There was a bit of scar left, so when I was going around to other clinics again, most hospitals overwhelmingly said it needed to be cut for a dog-ear and redone, but it got resolved with ointment. The lower eyelid work was great on one side..... but the other side The epicanthoplasty did not improve very well, so I went to another hospital and opened it up more.
