When I went for the consultation, they even drew pictures to explain things. The doctor was not especially warm, and the answer was basically that they already knew everything I wanted, so I did trust them, but it did not feel like we were communicating perfectly. I wanted a doctor who would listen more carefully to my opinions, so I did not go through with the surgery.
