My appointment was at 1:00, so I arrived before 1:00 and waited 30 minutes before the consultation. I figured it was because the doctor was in surgery. Interestingly, I first had the consultation with the doctor and then went into the consultation room to receive another consultation. The doctor told me to take the chart outside. Anyway, the consultation manager was kind, the consultation was good, and there were quite a few other customers waiting too.
