I also felt that the director did not recommend anything excessive, and that they were the kind of doctor who explains how to make things look natural. They explained how much silicone my nose would need and what shape would suit me. It was the first hospital I consulted after deciding on nose surgery, and although I ended up getting it done somewhere else, it really helped me figure things out.
