The person here makes things extremely natural. That means it is not recommended for people who want something flashy. I go back very often to check the surgery results and progress, and everyone is kind every time I visit. The only inconvenience is having to change into slippers on the 2nd and 3rd floors. If you keep your head clear, you can even talk with the director while getting the surgery. That is what I did lolol There is absolutely no ghost surgery haha
