It was not from a friend's recommendation, but from searching online, and it looked decent so I went for a nose surgery consultation. The manager was extremely kind, and the doctor explained things briefly, maybe because he was busy. The station staff were all kind, and the hospital was clean. The cost seems average, and I will think a little more before deciding on the surgery.
