I went clinic-hopping and researched online at about 5 places because I was planning to get nose surgery, but... they even drew on my chart and explained everything carefully, including the surgery method, anesthesia, surgery time, and aftercare AS. The surgery fee was similar to other clinics, and there were many patients who came for nose surgery... I think I will probably get the surgery here.
