I went for a consultation about nose surgery, and they explained everything so kindly. They immediately guessed the concerns I had in mind lol The doctor himself explained how the surgery would be done and how it would be managed afterward, and then the manager summarized it again for me! Also, because there is only one doctor, I felt even more trust in the place!
