I&N Co community review

After consulting with The Face for the first time, I went to I&N Co for the second consultation. I&N Co was also a place where my company's acquaintance's older sister had surgery, and she was very satisfied after surgery and looked beautiful, so I went with high expectations. There is no elevator to the second floor. On the second floor there is the desk, consultation room, and photo area, and when you go up to the third floor, there seems to be some kind of aftercare room because I saw people leaving the second floor and going up the stairs. The wait was about 10 to 20 minutes, and the director came down the stairs and moved to the second floor. I entered the consultation room, but I do not know whether the director had just come out of surgery or what, but they looked very tired and lacked energy. They did explain while drawing and sketching the nose shape on paper, but their voice was so quiet that I had to concentrate hard to hear. At I&N Co too, they said I would not need much silicone, and that they would do 3.5 mm silicone, shave the dorsal hump, and also perform osteotomy, and for the tip they would choose either ear cartilage or septal cartilage. They said they would decide that after opening the nose during surgery. Since they looked exhausted, I did not ask many questions and ended the consultation quickly. It probably took only 3 to 4 minutes. I also asked about functional nose surgery, and they said they would need photos to know that, but they did not even suggest taking them. After that I just had a consultation with the manager. The manager was older than the one at The Face and explained various things, speaking as if they knew a lot and were very professional. They said it would be 3 million, or 2.7 million if paid in cash. There were quite a lot of people at I&N Co. The Face did not even say they would shave the dorsal hump and did not mention osteotomy, so because the surgical methods were different, I was confused about which one was right.
