I had hump nose surgery 6 to 7 years ago. Back then I did not want silicone, so I had it done without silicone, and I think that was really the best choice I made.. Honestly, I cannot say it is completely invisible, but I think the surgery was done well. The large nose and hump that stressed me out were corrected a lot. Recently I went in for a consultation for eye surgery, and they told me I did not need it, so I actually liked that they did not push unnecessary procedures. I recommend hump nose surgery.
