Because this was a revision rhinoplasty, I was really scared and had a lot of points I wanted improved, so I told the director about them. Even though I had not said everything, they mentioned various surgeries that might be needed, which surprised me and felt interesting. The manager was also very kind, so I thought I might do it here, but the side profile line was not my style, so I am getting the surgery somewhere else.
