I visited after seeing the review photos. The director looked tired and seemed like he wanted to finish the consultation quickly. I didn’t feel any sense of expectation that I would want to have surgery here. I said not to add the bridge, only the tip, but maybe because the manager and the director were talking based on a single sheet of paper, it felt like they were not on the same page.
