I had nose tip cartilage, silicone for the bridge, and osteotomy done in early 2020. The director was very kind, but the consultation manager and front desk staff were not great. For about two months after surgery, it was really pretty because of the swelling, but as the swelling gradually went down, the nose tip also started to droop.. Looking at it now, it is slightly crooked too. And even though I had osteotomy, I still have a hump, and it seems even more visible than before the surgery.. They really make it look natural here, but not in a naturally pretty way, just natural, so that was disappointing.. It feels like they only smoothed the line a tiny bit and then the nose tip sagged.. Honestly, I think it would have been better not to do it at all and avoid the nose tip sagging. I am looking into revision surgery.. Since all cosmetic surgery is case by case, please use this only as a reference.
