I visited this hospital twice for two different procedures. I wanted to consult with Chief Director Ha Jae-seong, since he has a long career in plastic surgery and even serves as a pageant judge, but in the end I had consultations with different doctors both times, and I also spent a long time waiting and talking with the consultation director. My conclusion is that this hospital is above average. They have kept the same name for a long time, the procedures they mainly do are divided by doctor, and when you actually consult with them, even if they are not specialists, they seem to have done many procedures and to have expertise. Also, they did not waste money on the hospital interior, which I see as a plus. The female doctor seemed like she would be good at filler design and would not over-treat (she was beautiful), and Dr. Cheon had quite a lot of experience in his specialty and some reviews as well (more handsome in person than in photos). The manager was older and experienced. Everyone was kind during the consultation. Those are the positives. On another app ([Brand A]), there were also reviews saying they were kind during consultation, but that the hospital's response when a situation suspected to be medical malpractice occurred was terrible, and there were also several posts taken down on another site.
