First I got a consultation about Nose Beam, but even though I had made an appointment, I waited more than 30 minutes. While I was waiting, the woman next to me changed into a surgical gown and waited an hour, then stormed out in anger and started shouting about when exactly she was going to have surgery. Meanwhile I was also waiting, so I asked along with her. All the managers were frazzled, and it did not feel systematic at all; it was just chaotic. Just based on the surgery itself, I do not know whether I would do it or not.
