I said I wanted to use ear cartilage as the Nose Beam material, but he said ear cartilage can have a translucency side effect and recommended Megaderm. But then he said I should not even put in Megaderm and should only tie the cartilage. The estimate was 1.63 million won including everything, and adding Megaderm would cost an extra 500,000 won.
