The hospital felt chaotic overall. I had a consultation with the manager and then with the director, but the director came out in a hurry while doing surgery and explained things to me. It was good that the explanations were detailed and kind, but because they spoke hurriedly and seemed under pressure to move on quickly, I had more things I wanted to ask but could not. After the consultation, I was deciding whether to add Megaderm, and they said if I paid the reservation deposit on the same day and came back, they would do it at the amount discussed during the consultation, so I paid for now. Before surgery, there had never been a proper discussion about what kind of anesthesia I would have, and since there was no contact, I reached out the day before or the day before that and properly discussed it, and we decided to proceed with local anesthesia. At that time, they did not separately ask about Megaderm either, so I thought they would add the cartilage tying and Megaderm they had mentioned during the consultation. But when I was lying on the operating table, I heard the nurses saying they would not add it, so after talking with the director again before surgery, we decided to proceed at a higher price than what had been discussed in the consultation. The communication issues were not great, but I am fairly satisfied with the director's surgery.
