I have a slight dorsal hump, so I wanted only tip rhinoplasty, and the chief director explained it to me. The director seemed to have a lot of experience, and I asked a lot of questions. He drew on a nose anatomy diagram and explained various things kindly. He corrected the asymmetry by touch and told me realistically what was possible, and the consultation atmosphere was good. The only point that bothered me was that he said he would use Megaderm only.
