The staff at the counter and the consultation staff were generally kind, but during the consultation, if I kept asking, they seemed a little annoyed lol The operating room assistant was very inexperienced (that assistant was extremely kind) The director was kind too, but seemed extremely busy.. haha The facilities were.. the changing area was incredibly cramped, and after the surgery there was nowhere suitable to sit T_T..
