I had removal of foreign material from fat grafting. At the follow-up check, they said it looked like more removal would be needed, and told me to set a date and do a second removal before one year had passed. It is not perfect yet, but I am waiting for the progress. It was removed with a cannula, and there was no separate incision. It has been 8 months, and they also gave me a scar-tissue injection.
