First I met with the manager for a consultation, and she showed me various before-and-after photos in an easy-to-understand way. She listened carefully to the parts I was worried about and gave quick feedback, which I liked. The director was very straightforward, so without unnecessary talk, he clearly explained the problems with my nose. He also kindly explained how it could be made into the shape I wanted, so it was easy to understand :)
