First of all, the non-incisional alar reduction did not have any special effect. I do not know if it was because I had multiple surgeries together, but that part was disappointing T_T. Alar reduction was satisfying. Philtrum reduction was also satisfying. As aftercare, they kept up scar treatment really diligently for a long time. I remember they managed it every month for just under a year. The alar area is now almost scar-free, and for the philtrum reduction, I think the scar appeared a little because I had orthodontic treatment after surgery and it kept getting pulled. I plan to get scar treatment for that T_T. Still, before surgery my philtrum was 1.5 cm, and now it is 1 to 1.1 cm. It looks natural, and when I put on makeup the scar is not visible, so I am satisfied!
