I had always been stressed because my philtrum looked long and I had a lot of nicknames, but I found this place after searching because they said there is a surgery that can improve the proportions. Here, they adjust the philtrum ratio with minimal incision, so there seems to be less burden of deforming the nose or the alar area. More than anything, I felt they helped make my face look a bit more refined. I had always thought that if it is too long, the face looks longer and older, and I still remember how the doctor pointed that out very clearly.
