The consultation manager was an older person, and before I even explained the stress and problems I had about my nose, they already picked them out accurately. They seemed very experienced and skilled. They spoke softly and gave me a 2-hour consultation. I work in sales too, so if I saw a sales pitch, I would spot it immediately, but this person was the real deal. However, if that person had been the doctor, I would have gone ahead with surgery right away. After the consultation, the head representative spent 5 minutes throwing out weird English words and acting superior, then left without properly even looking at my eyes and nose. My anxiety about surgery got worse. And in the end, I was matched with Dr. Cheon Hye-hyun. After leaving the clinic, I found out that I never even got to see Dr. Cheon Hye-hyun, who would be operating on my nose. Also, for my first eye surgery, the head doctor said it was expensive and quoted 330, so when I said no, they matched me with Dr. Jeon Yoon-ju, who wasn't even registered as a doctor.
