Since I had already had lower eyelid fat repositioning before, I was charged a revision surgery fee. They also removed a foreign body from under my eyes, but there was no improvement at all. The director seems to have done the surgery neatly, but.. the result had no effect whatsoever, and even after more than a year I still have pain. And the surgery hurt a lot too.
