I had heard the effect would be minor, but this much? That's what it felt like. I had cartilage tying done because I wanted the tip of my nose to look slimmer, but after adding Megaderm, the tip of my nose actually seemed bigger.. For this price and this level of effect, if it were someone close to me, I think I would tell them not to do it. No regrets though.
