There was really a lot of fat on my face, especially under my chin, and it improved a lot after the procedure. I do not usually swell much, and I went to work 5 days after surgery, but nobody could tell I had surgery. But during the consultation, they recommended thread lifting even though I was only in my early 20s... haha. I am too easily influenced, so if they tell me to do it, I do it. But I really regret the thread lift. I do not even know if it worked. If you have a lot of facial fat, submental liposuction is worth it~~
