I got Ulthera before, and the female doctor (I think she's no longer there now) did it very carefully. They also gave me a certificate of authenticity for the Ulthera, and the effect wasn't dramatic, but it was there. It hurt, but it was manageable, so I'm planning to do it again. Recommended
