A consultation review I’m writing so I remember it For someone from the provinces, the vibe felt like the kind, gentle manner you’d expect from a Seoul local (a bit like a Japanese person) It was my first consultation, so I was too excited and didn’t talk properly, which I regret (whether there is CCTV in the operating room, whether local anesthesia can be used, keloid-prone skin and scar management, how much ear cartilage to use, etc.) The consultation staff were all kind I went because of the prominent silicone between my eyebrows, intending to remove the silicone, but they recommended an even higher implant, so I think I need to think about that part more They said they would wrap the end with fascia so the silicone would not show much The price is not bad for a revision, and they said the surgery would not be difficult either But since silicone will have to come out someday, I need to think about it a bit more. If I do replace the silicone, I’d want to do it here because I liked that they do tip surgery with nasal tip cartilage rearrangement,, I want to avoid touching the septum with extension grafts, rotation grafts, and so on. I really like a natural look. The director said to remove the columella, but when I said that I think it’s fine as it is now, the director was taken aback. lol I’m someone who likes a very natural look, even a hump nose or a wide nose bridge, so my review may not fit people who want a glamorous nose.
